Refund & Return Policy

1. Product Refunds
Refunds apply only if an item arrives defective due to AKMAA HUB.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos/videos.
Not eligible: buyer’s remorse, misuse, incorrect installation, carrier-caused damage, or clearly labeled “as-is”/used items.
We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
2. Travel Refunds
Travel is booked through FORA Services and may be subject to supplier rules.
- Full refund — within 24 hours of booking
- Partial refund — up to 7 days before travel
- No refund — within 7 days of travel
Supplier penalties, non-refundable reservations, and administrative fees may be deducted.

Shipping Policy

AKMAA HUB is not responsible for delays, cancellations, weather events, government actions, visa issues, or health/vaccination requirements.
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, and compliance with destination rules.
